Communication

The key to any successful relationship is communication. We do not subscribe to the notion of, 'leave us a message and you will get a response within 24-48 business hours.' We are proactive and responsive and if by chance you have an urgent requirement and cannot get a hold of your dedicated business development consultant, you will have multiple other touch points to reach a CMS support representative.

Consultation

You will be assigned a dedicated business development consultant who is responsible for helping you grow your business. Whether you need help analyzing statements, customizing marketing material, closing a deal or establishing an ongoing training program for your team, your industry experienced business development consultant is at your service. CMS' business development consultants are required to have a minimum of two years of 'feet on the street' experience so they understand exactly what our sales partners are experiencing and can provide 'real world' advice and assistance.

While most large processors establish stringent rules and boundaries and refuse to entertain discussions beyond those parameters, we strive to be open-minded and work with our partners to find mutually beneficial solutions.
